Ember & Sable
Smoked black tea, charred pineapple, ancho, lime, smoked salt.
$9A low-lit room built for slow evenings — seasonal teas, house-roasted coffee, and small plates, poured with patience.
We opened Cinder & Sable because Austin was missing a certain kind of evening — dark corners, good vinyl, and a host who treats a pour like a craft rather than a performance. Everything on our list is built from scratch: seasonal syrups, house-roasted coffee, and loose-leaf tea wherever we can find it.
Smoked black tea, charred pineapple, ancho, lime, smoked salt.
$9Cold brew, black walnut syrup, coffee bitters, orange oil.
$8Steamed cacao, fig syrup, cardamom, vanilla bean.

We kept it small on purpose. Warm brass, worn leather, and a bar you can actually talk across. It's the sort of place you settle into for one drink and stay for three.
