Aldermere was founded on a simple frustration: property managers were being sold consistency, then handed a different cleaning team every month. We built the agency we wished we'd had.

Founded in London by a former block manager after nine years on the client side.

Our Story

Started in facilities management, not in cleaning.

Aldermere's founder spent nine years managing residential blocks across London before starting the company — coordinating subcontractors, chasing missed visits, and rewriting the same complaint emails to residents.

That experience shaped how Aldermere operates: fixed teams per site, one account manager per portfolio, and reporting written for the person who has to explain it to a board, not just a supervisor.

Today we manage cleaning contracts for residential blocks, build-to-rent developments and mixed-use estates across Greater London, working directly with the managing agents and freeholders who are accountable for how those buildings feel every day.
